We only stayed here for 7 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was nice. A suite with a superb view down to the valley and the mountains in the background, had requested this in advance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the pool area was amazing: )

Lovely and great venue, exceptional location adjacent to the ski lifts and the centre of town, the appropriate walk / hike and the Dolomites highlights, truly enjoyed our stay. We had the double room provided with a large bathroom, heated lockers, for example.

The venue is wonderful, food is brilliant, amazing location to the Ortisei area. The staff are really helpful and very competent, managed the parking onsite. The units are incredible, huge in a locker.

It is exceptionally comfortable place to stay, the food is fantastic, and location is amazing comparable to being on a cruise ship. The staff are efficient and excellent, and the host too. The services are friendly, including a heated pool. Thank you for an excellent stay.

The hotel offered an excellent breakfast with stunning Mountain View and pancakes, as example. The location was stunning because it was near the mountain and Kastelruth. The staff were very good and exceptional, and the atmosphere was elegant, mainly due to the staff.
